One member of The Ultimatum got into some legal trouble after filming ended.

Blake Robertson—who is appearing on the currently-airing fourth season of the Netflix reality series, which sees one half of a couple give their partner the choice to either break up or get married—was arrested in October for allegedly assaulting girlfriend Hayley Hendrich.

The pair entered the Netflix series as a couple, with Robertson presenting the ultimatum to Hendrich.

According to an arrest record viewed by E! News, Robertson was arrested in October 2025 in Nacogdoches, Texas, for an incident in which he allegedly put his hands on Hendrich.

Robertson’s attorney Sean Hightower, however, told TMZ, “Blake's case was rightfully dismissed by the prosecutor almost immediately, and all records were expunged."

When contacted by E! News for comment, Robertson affirmed, “Everything my attorney has said is correct. The case was dismissed within a month. Hayley signed the affidavit. We are still in contact today. We’ve got the reunion coming up soon so everyone stay tuned.”

Meanwhile, Hendrich told TMZ she declined to press charges and that she and Robertson instead had private conversations regarding the incident. She added her belief that public accountability should be taken as well, according to the publication.

Season four of The Ultimatum—which dropped on Netflix July 15—was filmed in the spring of 2025, months before the incident between Hendrich and Robertson occurred.

During the series, Robertson and Hendrich both entered mock marriages with other contestants, per the show’s formula. Robertson was paired with Ashley Wilson while Hendrich was paired with Killian Grondin.

As for what led the couple to the reality series, Roberston wanted to tie the knot with Hendrich after two years of dating; however, she was hoping for more emotional availability from him.

Ahead of the series drop, Hendrich teased her time on the series.

“I’ve had a year to process. Now it’s your turn,” she captioned a June 30 post featuring her cast photo, while Robertson wrote alongside his own, “WHAT AM I GOING TO DO? STAY TUNED.”
