Tyriq Withers and Chase Infiniti have called it quits on their brief relationship, according to a new report.
Sources just told TMZ that the young actors “are no longer dating.” No details have been revealed about why they split or when they breakup happened.
Chase and Tyriq first sparked dating rumors in early May 2026 when they were spotted attending the F1 Grand Prix in Miami together. The sighting came after months of the internet pinning them together, with fans hoping they would date in real life.
Two weeks after that sighting, it was confirmed that Chase and Tyriq were indeed a new couple. They were seen on dates in New York City as well.
Chase and Tyriq were initially pushed together in the spotlight partly due to a shared association with Kerry Washington. The Scandal star had talked about the running joke that the young stars look like they could be her and Tony Goldwyn‘s kids in the show.
Asked about a potential Scandal reboot on the Call Her Daddy podcast in March, Kerry responded, “There aren’t, but this joke about Chase Infiniti and Tyriq being our children, this is like the joke that will not die and I love it so much. They actually do, like she has my smile and Tyriq has his smile. It’s so absurd.”
Tyriq was just honored at a big Hollywood event.
