Milania Giudice has been arrested.
The 20-year-old daughter of Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice was arrested in May and charged with simple assault in New Jersey, according to court records.
The Montville Township Municipal Court case is marked as active, and filed under “domestic violence/confidential.”
She was reportedly arrested on May 14 and charged with “purposely or knowingly causing bodily injury,” considered a disorderly conduct defense in the state, per TMZ.
There is no alleged victim identified in the court documents, nor further details about the charge.
Milania is one of Teresa‘s four daughters with ex Joe Giudice, who was deported from the United States.
Meanwhile, sister Gia Giudice was taking her dad’s legal issues into her own hands as of last year.
The 25-year-old Next Gen NYC star previously planned to specialize in immigration law. While she’s pivoted her career plans to stay on reality TV instead, she’s not done trying to help dad with his deportation case.
The ladies of Real Housewives of New Jersey are officially returning for Season 15.
After Teresa Giudice and Melissa Gorga have patched things up, it’s full steam ahead for the Real Housewives staple series. They will also be joined by longtime cast member Dolores Catania.
According to the network, additional cast members will be announced at a later date with production beginning earlier this spring.
