HBO has released the first trailer for Season 3 of the medical drama, which will premiere in January 2027. It follows the first day back on the job for Noah Wyle‘s Dr. Robby, after he went on a three-month sabbatical at the end of Season 2.
“I knew my first day back was gonna be…hard dealing with what we go through here. And I knew that it could get a little bit crazy,” Wyle says in dramatic voiceover. “But it’s time to get back to it.”
The cast includes Wyle (Dr. Michael “Robby” Robinavitch), Patrick Ball (Dr. Langdon), Katherine LaNasa (Dana Evans), Fiona Dourif (Dr. McKay), Taylor Dearden (Dr. King), Isa Briones (Dr. Santos), Gerran Howell (Dr. Whitaker), Shabana Azeez (Javadi), Ayesha Harris (Dr. Ellis), Sepideh Moafi (Dr. Al-Hashimi) and Shawn Hatosy (Dr. Abbot).
