Surprise! Melissa George is a mom again!
On Sunday (July 5), the 49-year-old Australian-American actress – best known for her roles in Alias, Home and Away, and The Amityville Horror – revealed that she very quietly welcomed her fourth child.
The exciting news was announced in a joint Instagram post with former Vogue Australia editor-in-chief Kirstie Clements. In the post, Melissa is breastfeeding her baby boy.

“From the maternity ward, straight into a Parisian heatwave (with a toddler…challenging) and now to an epic road trip through Provence and the Cote d’Azur,” Kirstie wrote in the caption of the post, which also included photos and videos of their trip through the French countryside.
Melissa is mother to three other sons: Raphael, 12, and Solal, 10 — whom she shares with ex Jean David Blanc — and Lyor, 2. She has not disclosed whether she is currently in a relationship, nor has she disclosed the identity of the father of her two youngest sons.
In an interview with Stellar published back in June, Melissa reflected on her approach to raising her boys.
“I have to be honest, I’ve never been a real feminist,” the Golden Globe-nominated actress shared. “I don’t fight for it. I just stand as an elegant woman, and that speaks enough. What, am I gonna compete with a male? Men are fantastic. Go ahead, do your man thing. I’ll do my woman thing.”
She continued, “I don’t compete, I just act with love. I want [my sons] to have good memories of a female figure in their life. I want them to have tummies full with the best food. I want them to respect women, of course, but respect men, too.”
Congrats! See all of the other stars that also recently welcomed babies.
