After almost four years of dating, Jack Nicholson’s grandson is officially engaged to influencer Devon Lee Carlson, who confirmed the news on her Instagram.

Devon posted a photo of herself flashing her diamond engagement ring on June 17, as well as another snap of her sitting on the floor of a closet, excitedly extending her arm into the air. The 31-year-old captioned the photos with a white heart emoji and three white exclamation point emojis.

She offered another look at her ring on her Instagram Stories, giving a closeup look at the round-cut diamond flanked by two smaller round diamonds on a gold band.

And Devon and Duke’s friends were thrilled by the couple’s change in relationship status.

“CRYING THROWING UP LOVE TO SEE,” Emily Ratajkowski commented, with Hailey Bieber adding a red heart emoji and writing, “DLNNN.”

Kendall Jenner also showed some love for the couple, adding a slew of heart emojis, while Lori Harvey wrote, “Congratulations my angel girl!!!!”

While Devon and Duke, 26, have kept much of their romance out of the spotlight—especially as the Us actor has no social media presence—Devon has rarely shied away from posting about the couple’s milestones.

“3 years with uuuuuuuuu,” the Wildflower Cases founder posted on Instagram July 2025. “I love u so much duke it’s cou cou.”

The duo originally met backstage at a Lana Del Rey concert—Duke appeared on the album cover of her album Norman F--king Rockwell—but didn’t start dating right away.

“A couple months later, I was at a party and he was there,” Devon told Nylon in October, “and then we found out we had the same birthday.”

For his part, Duke—whose mother is Jack’s daughter Jennifer Nicholson—found himself drawn to Devon’s engaging personality.

“When I was first getting to know Devon, the thing that intrigued me most about her was her ability to disarm anyone who she is speaking to with her kindness and warmth,” he shared with Nylon. “She treats everyone with the same respect regardless of who they are to her.”

In addition to Jordan Peele’s Us, Duke has also appeared in Traveling Light (2021) and In the Hand of Dante (2025) in his career as an actor.
