How to play Connections
Connections is a NYT daily word puzzle where players sort 16 words into four groups of four based on shared themes or categories. Each category can include words with similar meanings, references, or associations. Players have a limited number of mistakes, so you must guess very carefully, as there are often red herrings and tricks.
In Connections, each category is assigned a color that reflects a level of difficulty. Yellow is typically the easiest group to identify, followed by green and blue, while purple is usually the most challenging category.
