Morgan Riddle is sharing a very serious claim.

The 29-year-old influencer and former partner of Taylor Fritz made a TikTok video over the weekend, claiming a friend tried pouring a substance into her drink while she wasn’t looking, and said she was inspired to speak about amid allegations made against Jared Leto.

Morgan Riddle Shares Serious Allegation

“Years ago, someone who I trusted tried to drug me. And I’m sharing this in hopes that one day it’ll help someone,” she began.

“I’ve been thinking about this a lot the past week. With the 10 women who have come forward regarding Jared Leto, and the fact that the first question that they’re being asked isn’t what happened, it’s why now?”

“So, backstory of my situation: I was with someone who I considered a close friend. It was late. We were drinking on a balcony. He went inside to grab more drinks, and I watched through the window as he poured a powder into my drink. It was a shocking betrayal, obviously. But I did something the next morning that I’m desperately urging women to do. If you ever experience this or something similar or in a situation where you are unsafe or felt unsafe. So here is an email that I wrote to myself the morning after it happened. Obviously redacted information for my own privacy, but here’s why I did it,” she said while displaying the email on-screen.

“I’m writing this to myself in case will ever come of use to me or another woman in the future,” she wrote.

Why She Says She Emailed Herself the Next Morning

“It’s been nine years since this happened, and I can search it in my email like that. Men who do these things do not do it once. Mind you, I was 18, 19 years old. We know most cases don’t get reported, and I think we can all understand why these emails are called contemporaneous documentation. So If something, or rather someone, becomes a case down the line, charges are filed, restraining order, civil suit by someone else. A detailed record written at the time of the incident supports your credibility and hers, because it’s proof that it wasn’t a claim filed in response to an already publicized legal process, which unfortunately is why so many women are discredited in these multi plaintiff sort of cases. ” she said.

Morgan Riddle Explains Why She’s Speaking Out Now

“I obviously pray I never need it, but if I do, it’s their dated, detailed, and true from the day it happened, not years later when someone asked me to prove it. It’s actually devastating that we have to do this or that. Last year we needed the emails of one dead man to believe the testimonies of 1,000 women. I also want you guys to pay attention to how the men in your life react to these stories. Or how they may refuse to shame men they don’t even know. For no incentive, no money, just a default instinct to discredit women anyways. Do what you can to protect yourself and other women, because these men are not going to.” Watch above.

She also recently spoke out about her split from Taylor Fritz.
